Matchai Docs

Welcome to Matchai

What Matchai is, who it is for and what you can do with it. Start here if you are new to Matchai.

Matchai is a workspace for real estate professionals. Your listings, your website, your contacts, your conversations and your calendar live in one place, on your phone and on your computer. AI takes care of the slow parts, such as writing a listing description, so your time goes to your clients.

Who Matchai is for

Real estate professionals. Brokers, agents and small teams, and the people they work with every day, such as mortgage brokers, inspectors and notaries. A professional account gives you the workspace: listings, contacts, teams, a calendar and your own public pages.

Their clients. Buyers, sellers and anyone working with a professional. A regular account lets you browse professionals' websites, save listings, message a professional and book appointments.

You choose the kind of account you want right after you sign up. A regular account can become a professional account later. Create your account explains both.

What you can do with Matchai

  • Listings. Create, edit and publish listings with photos, details and a description written with AI. A listing you publish appears on your website automatically.
  • Your Matchai Site. A website of your own, at an address such as jane.matchai.co. It shows your published listings and gives clients a polished way to find and contact you.
  • Your Matchai Page. One page at an address such as jane.matchai.pro, with your photo, social links, listings, files and links. It is made to go in your social media bios.
  • Contacts. When someone reaches out to you, they become a lead. When they are ready to work with you, they become a client. The other professionals you work with are your peers, for referrals.
  • Teams and projects. Work with other professionals on shared listings, and give a larger deal its own space with its listings, contacts and tasks.
  • Messaging. Talk with your leads, clients, peers, teams and projects in one place.
  • Calendar. Keep your appointments in one calendar, set the hours you are available, and let clients request showings.
  • Matchai Cloud. Keep your documents and files. Each document is filed with the deal it belongs to, and a client or a notary can send you files with a drop link, without an account.
  • Matchai Assistant. Ask for what you need in your own words. It prepares the work, such as a new listing, a reply or a booking, and asks you before anything goes out. In closed beta
  • Studio. Turn your listing photos into a short video, and get sharper or virtually staged photos. In closed beta
  • Workflows. Automations that run on their own, such as turning a lead email into a contact in your CRM. In closed beta
  • Being found by AI assistants. Your listings, your website and your Page are published in a form that AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude can read. A listing's Analytics shows when an AI assistant read it and when a visitor came from an AI answer.

How this guide is organized

Each page starts from something you want to do. Procedures are numbered steps. Buttons and menus are written in bold, exactly as they appear in Matchai, so you can find them on screen.

Boxes titled Why it works this way explain the reasoning when Matchai does something you might not expect, such as why your username matters or why a setting follows you from one device to another.
