1. Overview

This SMS messaging policy explains how Matchai LLC ("Matchai," "we," "us," or "our") uses text messaging (SMS) to communicate with real estate professionals, and how you can manage or stop those messages at any time.

It applies to text messages sent from Matchai's business messaging numbers, including our outreach to real estate agents. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

2. Who sends these messages

Messages are sent by Matchai LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, operator of the Matchai platform at matchai.co.

Our outreach is delivered by an automated AI assistant named "Kai." Every first message clearly identifies Matchai and discloses that Kai is an AI assistant, and a member of our team reviews and approves outreach before it is sent.

3. What these messages are

Matchai helps real estate agents build a professional website for their listings and draft listings with AI. Our text messages are one-to-one replies to a conversation you started, in which Kai:

• sends the free sample listings website we built from your own current listings,
• answers your questions about that site or about Matchai, and
• shares a link to matchai.co.

These are conversational messages, not bulk promotional blasts. We do not send sweepstakes, high-risk financial, or other restricted content.

4. How we contact you, and consent

You text us first. We do not send unsolicited text messages: we never text a real estate professional who has not messaged us first. Our first contact is by email, using business contact details that are publicly listed — for example, on brokerage pages, listing portals, or professional directories. That email invites you to reply, and our messaging number is published here so you can start a text conversation instead if that is easier:

Sending us a text is your consent. When you message that number, your inbound text is your express consent to receive text messages from Matchai in reply, and we log it with the date and time. You do not need to send any particular word: a question, a "yes," or our suggested shortcut SAMPLE (which simply asks us to send your sample website link) all work the same way. Whatever you write, we treat it as the start of a conversation you chose to have.

We reply, we do not broadcast. Messages are one-to-one replies in that conversation, not bulk campaigns, and we stop when you tell us to. We do not collect or sell consumer marketing lists, and we do not message consumers for personal, family, or household purposes.

You are always in control: you can stop our messages immediately and permanently by replying STOP, and request more information by replying HELP. We honor these requests automatically.

5. Message frequency

Message frequency is low and conversational. Outreach is limited to a small number of new contacts per business day and is sent only during normal business hours (9:00am–5:00pm Eastern Time). You will only continue to receive messages if you reply and choose to continue the conversation.

6. Opting out — reply STOP

To stop receiving text messages from Matchai at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will be unsubscribed immediately and will not receive further messages from us unless you opt back in.

8. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Matchai does not charge you for receiving or replying to these messages.

9. AI disclosure

Our outreach messages are written and sent by an automated AI assistant ("Kai") on Matchai's behalf. We disclose this in our first message and never misrepresent the AI as a human. A member of our team oversees the outreach.

10. Privacy

We handle any information you share in accordance with our Privacy policy, available at matchai.co/privacy. We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing.
