# Matchai

> Matchai is the AI workspace for real estate professionals in Québec and across Canada. Brokers create listings from photos, publish them on their own website, manage clients and leads, and get found by people and by AI assistants.

Every page has a Markdown version at the same URL with `.md` appended (`/index.md` for a home page), and every broker website publishes its own `/llms.txt`. To search all published listings, connect the Matchai MCP server at `https://matchai.co/mcp` (Streamable HTTP, no authentication) or ask the NLWeb endpoint `https://matchai.co/ask`.
